What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of changes to Enova’s ServiceNow environment. You will also work on additional projects, applications and systems support in a team setting. As a senior engineer, you will help set the architectural direction and implement parts of system projects, while collaborating with other departments at Enova.
Your core priorities will be to:
- Design, implement changes, and support Enova’s ServiceNow environment
- Work in a team environment, deploying and supporting corporate applications
- Work with private cloud in a fast paced environment
- Provide tier 2 support to Operations in a 24x7 on call environment
What you should have:
- 5+ years of expertise with design and development in ServiceNow
- Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management)
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub
- Design and deployment of large-scale systems and services
- Working knowledge of Network, DNS, and DHCP
Nice to have:
- Exposure to Okta, Infoblox, Veeam, Commvault, or Microsoft SCCM
- Atlassian JIRA and Confluence experience
- Amazon Web Services or other cloud providers
- Exposure to Microsoft enterprise solutions including LDAP/ Active Directory, DFS, and Group Policy
