About our team

As a member of the Automation Engineering team, you will work on producing mission-critical platforms, tools, and processes that will ensure the highest levels of availability and reliability of all our applications. We need creative and innovative problem solvers who can partner with our application development teams to make their services more useable. Your Responsibilities:

• Vast experience in designing and implementing complex Workflows and Flows
• Catalog item development (including code and configuration logic)
• Perform integrations using ServiceNow orchestration or Integration Hub. Experience in using existing spokes and custom integration in single and distributed environment.
• Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, ServiceNow data mapping
• Hands-on coding and scripting (automation) experience using OO languages - JavaScript, Python and integrating same in workflows
• Proficient knowledge of Linux/ Windows OS and Bash/ PowerShell scripting
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTTP, REST/SOAP, AJAX, JSON
• Solid understanding of data structures, Application Scoping, algorithms, object-oriented design and design patterns
• Understands the concepts of Task-based applications, Core data and the interplay across the platform
• Knowledge of managing Update Sets, Releases and Clones as it pertains to SDLC across multiple ServiceNow instances
• Knowledge of ServiceNow CSM and familiarity with CSM to ITSM integrations
• Experience designing and configuring security in Domain Separated and CSM environments
