This role will join the ServiceNow Platform team. In this position you will work with end-users, analysts, IT teams and key stakeholders to implement/execute for a minimum of 2 areas - ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM, and/or CMDB solutions - leveraging technical best practices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions to our customers on the ServiceNow platform.

What You Will Do:
• Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including mid-servers and integration points
• Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues
• Gather, identify, and document business requirements
• Develop clear and concise technical and process documentations
• Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications with possible integration with other programs
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, support users and build enhancements for applications built in the platform
• Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
• Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
• Ensure that the software behaves as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.
• Provide guidance within the platform to design and implement ongoing improvements for a portfolio of processes
• Duties and responsibilities can be any combination of development as it relates to ServiceNow modules, tables, and system policies
• Develop reports for management on SLAs/KPIs as they pertain to service delivery
• Manage integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and cloud to cloud
• Work with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and any bi-directional, automated integration between two systems
• Work with architects to define the physical design, and with analysts and product managers to understand the requirements of technical solutions
• Develop and test application code, user interface and third-party integration components using prescribed application development guidelines
• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications, coordinates application and platform upgrades
• Evaluate and make recommendations on techniques, practices or technologies that would enhance our needs
• Train the junior members of the team on subject matter expertise to ensure continuous learning
Minimum Requirements:
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
