What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and enhancing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform

• Modernising and streamlining existing code, APIs and integrations

• Developing new functionality using modern ServiceNow capabilities
  
• Supporting and improving ServiceNow service structures
  
• Creating technical documentation, user guides and operational manuals
  
• Collaborating with architects, developers and business stakeholders across global teams
  
• Contributing ideas that improve processes, governance and overall platform performance
