Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Are you the person clients turn to when their ServiceNow ambitions need structure, clarity and results ?  As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will lead implementation and transformation initiatives from the first workshop to go-live. You will act as a trusted advisor, turning business needs into scalable, best-practice ServiceNow solutions.

Your key responsibilities

Solution Design & Advisory

• Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders;
• Design ServiceNow solutions aligned with clients' business objectives and platform best practices;
• Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, out-of-the-box adoption and ServiceNow good practices;
• Define implementation roadmaps and platform governance models.

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, CMDB & Discovery, and Hardware & Software Asset Management;
• Work hand-in-hand with process owners and technical teams to secure adoption;
• Oversee configuration, customisation and integration activities while keeping the platform clean and upgrade-safe;
• Define data migration strategies and validation approaches;
• Ensure solution quality through structured testing and go-live readiness activities;
• Mentor junior consultants and developers to raise the team's overall expertise.

• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience;
• A proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end ServiceNow projects successfully delivered;
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes;
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments;
• Client-facing consulting experience;
• Fluent English.

Must-have:

• ServiceNow platform administration;
• Flow Designer and Workflow Studio, with knowledge of the legacy Workflow Editor;
• IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP API integrations;
• CMDB design and Discovery;
• Workspace configuration;
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA);
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM).

Softskills: Executive communication | Stakeholder management | Leadership & mentoring | Problem-solving mindset | Trusted-advisor attitude.

Nice-to-have:

• Fluent French;
• Experience in large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes;
• Migration from legacy ITSM platforms;
• Global or multi-country deployments;
• Multi-instance integrations;
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD);
• CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM or CIS-SAM certifications;
• ITIL 4 Foundation or Managing Professional;
• Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM).
