Chain Reaction is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By knowing emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables for clients that meet their needs.
- Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profiles using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Monitor SEO trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Develop comprehensive reports and insights that translate complex data into actionable strategies for clients and internal teams.
- Use data visualization tools (Locker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) to present findings clearly through charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate with SEO (technical, content, and off-page) and content teams to align data insights with overall strategy.
- Provide recommendations to improve on-page and off-page SEO efforts based on data analysis.
- Automation & Efficiency:
- Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Continuously improve reporting methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Experience:
- 4+ years in SEO data analysis or a related field within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proven experience with agile workflows and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Strong skills in data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
- Analytical & Communication Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
