Who we are looking for
Support Analyst who will be responsible for working in close cooperation with the Depotbank Control team to ensure daily ex-post compliance and conformity checks are completed within the advised timeframes as the majority of the tasks are time sensitive and delivery times to clients are regulated in various SLA’s and Operating procedures.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

Main responsibility of Securities Lending Support Analyst is to make sure that our clients´ business of lending securities to their counterparties is running smoothly. It requires daily ensuring that processes like trade settlement, collateralization or compliance checks are performed correctly and within the advised timeframes. Analyst will be responsible for preparing comprehensive client reporting and performing daily reconciliation as well as analyzing transactions set for settlement. The Support Analyst(s) role requires the candidate to work in a highly disciplined manner, have the ability to work to tight deadlines and to organize and prioritize the workload across the team accordingly.

What you will be responsible for
As Securities Lending Support Analyst, Associate 2,you will
- Monitoring transactions settlement
- Checking collateralization
- Authorizing trades
- Contacting internal and external parties in order to resolve queries
- Performing daily reconciliation
- Preparing reports for clients
- Booking transactions on accounting
