Job Title
- Support consistent quality and timely delivery by tracking progress, improving workflows, and encouraging effective engineering practices.
- Coach the team in Lean-Agile principles, supporting collaboration, quality, and effective ways of working across the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and ART Syncs, supporting alignment and structured delivery.
- Help address or escalate challenges that may affect team progress, while supporting steady delivery and reducing risks; encourage continuous improvement through feedback and team development activities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Management, and stakeholders to support backlog readiness, improve visibility using metrics and visual tools, and encourage open communication, shared ownership, and a positive team environment.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with understanding of Scrum and scaled frameworks such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Ability to support teams through coaching, facilitation, and collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly and adapt to different audiences.
- Experience using Agile tools, metrics, or visual boards to support planning and visibility.
