Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works closely with product owners, developers, and testers to foster a fun and effective team.
• Acts as a personal coach for team members and an innovator who constantly seeks continuous
improvement for high-performing teams.
• Facilitates the daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and
other activities as needed.
• Understands and communicates priorities and the team’s capacity and constraints while
preventing or removing impediments that interfere with the development teams in delivering
on their goals.
• Works within Azure DevOps to manage and deliver user stories within the iteration.
• Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.
• Assists as needed with backlog maintenance.
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Job Qualifications:
• BS or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Preferred First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the software industry as a Scrum Master.
• Experienced working with the Scaled Agile Framework
• Skilled at providing servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution,
continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving
consumer experiences.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums to identify, track and resolve dependencies
