Procon seeks an experienced Senior Scheduler to develop, maintain, analyze, and report project schedules supporting complex facility, infrastructure, design, and construction programs in the Las Vegas, NV area.

The Senior Scheduler will monitor project performance, identify schedule risks and critical activities, forecast project milestones, and coordinate project schedules with the Integrated Program Schedule. This position will support scheduling activities throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout. This role requires various skills and experience as listed below.

RequirementsQualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Working knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI/Top Secret security clearance to satisfy project-specific site access and badging requirements.
  • PSP, PMI-SP, PMP, or similar professional certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or capital programs preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal or secure-facility projects preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Review contractor baseline schedules, schedule updates, and revisions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze schedule logic, constraints, calendars, sequencing, and critical paths.
  • Support project progress reporting, schedule updates, and completion forecasts.
  • Identify and communicate schedule delays, conflicts, risks, and potential impacts.
  • Participate in project progress, scheduling, and coordination meetings.
  • Develop look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, and schedule narratives.
  • Support schedule reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Physical Requirements

This position requires regular onsite presence in an active construction environment. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

  • Walking and standing for extended periods while performing site observations and inspections.
  • Navigating active construction areas, including stairs, uneven surfaces, temporary walkways, and varying elevations.
  • Occasionally bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing as necessary to observe construction activities.
  • Accessing mechanical, electrical, utility, process, and other construction areas as required.
  • Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and complying with all applicable site safety requirements.
  • Working in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to typical construction-site conditions, including noise, dust, weather, and temperature fluctuations.
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
