Supports the full lifecycle of DCPS school modernization and capital improvement projects as an Owner’s Representative. Responsibilities include scope development, procurement, consultant coordination, schedule and budget tracking, design reviews, site visits, contractor performance monitoring, document control, stakeholder communication, change management, status reporting, punch lists, turnover, closeout, and warranty documentation.

Develop and manage complex Integrated Master Schedules for federal construction programs. Evaluate schedule compliance, performance, risk, Time Impact Analyses, and Change Orders; perform look-ahead planning and scenario modeling; coordinate scopes across projects; synthesize reporting for stakeholders; and participate in design, procurement, and project coordination activities. The role provides onsite support, requires an active Top Secret clearance, and may involve occasional travel or relocation.

Manage quality assurance for federal construction projects: develop and maintain QA plans, oversee contractor quality control, perform audits/inspections, monitor schedules and metrics, coordinate with government and contractors, lead QA/QC meetings, prepare project documentation and closeout deliverables, and mentor project team members.

Manage federal facilities and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. Lead communications and product marketing for Procon by creating content, driving integrated campaigns, supporting go-to-market and business development, managing PR and internal communications, partnering with technical teams to translate complex expertise into compelling stories, and using marketing technology and analytics to optimize performance.
