We are seeking a Senior SAP SD Business Analyst with deep process and system expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, pricing, output management, delivery management, and billing. Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, prototyping, configuration, testing, and implementation. Additional responsibilities include developing data migration strategies, providing production support, creating documentation, and delivering user training. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading transformational initiatives and driving continuous improvement in OTC area, while effectively managing the operational demands of maintaining existing solutions.
What you'll be doing:
Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and SAP OTC business users to understand business needs and deliver system solutions that meet their requirements
Design and develop robust and scalable solutions within the SAP OTC area.
Build and maintain critical integrations between SAP and other satellite systems supporting the Order-to-Cash process
Generate, assess, and uphold high-level project plans, detailed functional and technical design documents for various functional areas.
Develop and execute test plans for unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality outcomes. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage weekly/monthly deployment release cycles.
Collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
8+ years of experience as an SAP SD business analyst with advanced knowledge in OTC configurations.
Extensive experience in configuring, designing, and implementing Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.
Solid hands-on experience in designing and implementing Master data, Order Management, Output Management, Pricing, Delivery Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
Experience in VMI Hub management process.
Strong implementation experience managing in forward and reverse logistics thru EDI process.
Proficient in developing process flows with strong presentation and communication skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals, with a proven ability to work independently and lead new initiatives.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with application developers, and offshore teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.
In-depth understanding of testing strategies, data migration approaches, and release management processes.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4, and 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
