We are seeking an accomplished Senior SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant to lead master data governance initiatives for our international client portfolio. You will own the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP MDG solutions, from data governance frameworks and data model design to workflow configuration, data quality management, and system integration, ensuring master data is accurate, consistent, and compliant across complex enterprise landscapes.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementations across Business Partner, Customer/Supplier, Material, and Financial master data.
- Design and configure MDG data models, workflows, BRFplus rules, validations, and data quality solutions.
- Build master data replication and integration solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems.
- Support data consolidation, mass processing, and S/4HANA transformations, including Business Partner and CVI.
- Lead workshops, translate business needs into technical solutions, and guide project teams while mentoring junior consultants.
Your Expertise:
- 7+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ years of hands-on SAP MDG implementation experience.
- At least two full-lifecycle SAP MDG implementations, ideally on S/4HANA.
- Strong expertise in MDG configuration, BRFplus, workflows, data modeling, replication, and data quality.
- Working knowledge of ABAP enhancements, BAdIs, FPM, and SAP Fiori.
- Strong understanding of Business Partner, CVI, and enterprise master data governance.
- Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
- Valid passport and U.S. B1/B2 visa.
- Willingness to travel internationally 40–60%.

Skills Required
