We are looking for you as - SAP EWM Consultant - responsible for providing functional expertise and consulting support for the KION SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) environment. The role ensures that warehouse processes and system solutions effectively support business requirements and operational needs. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP EWM solutions, optimizing existing processes and configurations, and supporting the resolution of complex incidents, service requests, and system-related issues. The position works closely with business stakeholders, internal service teams, and external partners to deliver sustainable solutions, improve service quality, and continuously enhance the performance and usability of the SAP EWM landscape.

Be a second level contact person to our global business, supporting them when they have questions regarding our SAP EWM system
Analyze and solve upcoming incidents raised by the business
Ensure high service quality and operational stability based on defined internal KPIs and service standards
Independently analyze and resolve warehouse-related incidents and service requests within our warehousing application landscape
Perform customizing activities within the KION EWM template to support operational requirements and continuous improvements
Support testing activities and ensure smooth implementation of system updates and changes
Contribute to the ongoing optimization and reliability of warehouse management processes

Your Skills and Expertise:
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
Approx. 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), customizing knowledge is beneficial
Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and operational logistics environments
Experience in application management, IT service operations, or similar operational support roles would be beneficial
Ability to manage incidents, service requests, and operational tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner
ABAP Debugging skills would be beneficial
Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and external service partners; experience in international environments is a plus
