We are seeking a Senior SAP ERP Administrator & Data Analyst to provide senior-level functional support and application expertise for SAP/ERP systems supporting life cycle logistics, supply chain operations, enterprise property accountability, and capital asset management. This role partners with customers, business stakeholders, and SAP system owners to improve how SAP is used, resolve user issues, implement system changes, strengthen data quality, and expand reporting/analytics to support audit readiness and operational decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform SAP functional support and configuration activities for logistics, supply chain, property, asset management, and maintenance-related business processes.
- Serve as a senior SAP functional resource, providing end-user guidance on correct process execution; develop job aids and deliver user training.
- Work with customers and stakeholders to capture requirements, translate needs into SAP solutions, and support testing and implementation of system changes.
- Triage user-reported issues, perform functional root-cause analysis, validate defects, and coordinate bug fixes with SAP system owners and technical teams.
- Support workflow optimization, standardization, and process improvement initiatives
- Manage and support inventory and asset lifecycle activities including procurement, acquisition, warehousing, maintenance support, and disposition.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts; serve as the SAP data expert for definitions, data quality, reconciliations, and governance.
- Support audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance requirements across supported business processes and data domains.
- Support ERP modernization and integration initiatives across functional areas.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly clearance prior to starting with Leidos
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, or related field with 12–15 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of experience supporting SAP/ERP systems in a supply chain, logistics, property, or asset management environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP functional process design, user support, requirements gathering, and testing.
- Demonstrated experience creating reports and extracting/analyzing SAP data to support operations and audits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive SAP functional experience with demonstrated responsibility supporting cross-functional business operations.
- Experience with SAP MM, PM, EWM, FI-AA, and/or S/4HANA.
- Experience leading ERP modernization/system integration initiatives and developing analytics dashboards/metrics.
- Knowledge of regulated environments, including federal property or acquisition policies.
