Job Description:
Senior SAP CS Consultant is responsible for Application Management of all applications required to enable Sales and Distribution processes within Nobel Biocare. SAP is the leading ERP system surrounded by many additional legacy applications required to enable the process execution.
Application Management does cover the following main tasks: Project Management, Change Management and Support. Close interaction with the Business and the other Global IT functions is a necessity.
The role of a Senior SAP CS & SD Business Consultant has three main accountabilities:
Project Management:
- Manage projects or subproject within budget, timeline and expectation
- Handle projects according to the Nobel Biocare Program / Project Governance
- Management of external resources within the project
- Test of the application before handing over to the business for the acceptance test
Change Management:
- Handle Change Requests from the business according to the Nobel Biocare Change Mgmt process
- Propose changes where you see improvement potential to the business
- Management of external resources within the change process
- Test of the change before handing it over to the business for the accpetance test
Support / Training:
- Training of key users on the process and application
- Handling of support tickets
- Management of external resources with the ticketing process
Process and application maintenance:
- Application support for infrastructual changes and application upgrades
- Proactively drive process standardization and reduction of complexity within the application landscape and the business processes
- Following SOPs to maintain regulatory compliance and system / process validation
- Drive innovation within the application landscape and processes (simpler, better, more efficient)

Job Requirements:
Critical Knowledge & Qualifications
- You have a university degree or equivalent based on experience
- You have at least 10 years experience in SAP CS (ECC & S/4 HANA) solutions
- You have good communication, coordination and people skills and you are able to organize workshops with senior and middle management
- Strong technical IT knowledge of supported Business Applications
- Strong knowledge in the core Customer Service processes and industry best practices
- Strong SAP CS knowledge especially in the areas of Repairs Processing (Field Service & In-House Repairs), Service Work Orders, Service Order Confirmations, Installed Base management, Warranty Process, SLA Management, Revenue Recognition, Intercompany Billing etc., with good SAP SD skills
- Strong knowledge in the integration topics with other SAP modules like MM, FI, CO etc.,
- Good knowledge of other relevant business processes
- Strong knowledge of interfaces between SAP and other external applications
Critical Skills
- Expert level technical knowledge of SAP CS (ECC & S/4 HANA) modules
- Strong Knowledge of SAP EDI, ALE-Idocs for integration between multiple SAP and external Non-SAP systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English)
- Strong drive and enthusiasm to provide leadership for continuous improvements
- Flexible for changes and strong integrity
- Passion for Excellence
- Knowledge and Experience in QAD TMS system will be an added advantage
Critical Experience
- Extensive experience of application configuration and implementation in SAP CS & SD (ECC & S/4 HANA) modules
- Experience in integration using SAP EDI, ALE-Idocs between multiple SAP and external Non-SAP systems
- Extensive experience of working in a multicultural work environment
- Should have worked in a global SAP application landscape
- Experience in working in globally distributed multi cultural teams and multinational matrix organization
