The Role

Overview:Position for a Senior SAP CRM Consultant with deep knowledge of Request Manager solution in TD SYNNEX.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:• Rollout / implementation of RMT in new teams• Support Projects and enhancements• Investigate and provide support to incidents and issues reported by business• Support developing and testing in new solutions delivered to the businessOther Duties & Responsibilities:• Be the main contact in certain Projects and initiatives• Provide support during UK business hoursQualifications:Experience:• 5 to 10 Years of relevant work experience.Education & Certifications:• Master's / Postgraduate Degree with computer science/ economics Field of Study preferred.• Bachelor's Degree with computer science/ economics field of study required.• Other Education / Certifications: SAP certifications in the relevant areaWorking Conditions:• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.• On-call availability required as necessary.• Remote position, office optional.• Some travel might be required.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:• High level of communication skills in English.• Professional attitude.• Motivation for achieving the best results.• Care for help and support for our coworkers.• Long experience in SAP environment and CRM Projects.• Motivation to learn and use new technologies.
