Job Description- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions across transformation programs.
- Drive solution architecture and process optimization in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC).
- Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between Controlling, Finance, and Logistics processes.
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including design, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Contribute to governance, best practices, and innovation in SAP Controlling and performance management.
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling consulting and implementation projects.
- Deep expertise in CO-OM, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA (Margin Analysis), and CO-PC.
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Controlling and Finance transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, profitability management, and management reporting processes.
- Experience integrating SAP Controlling with Finance (FI) and Logistics processes (MM, PP, SD).
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and Material Ledger.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with SAP Project System (PS) is considered a strong advantage.
- Business fluent German and fluent English.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
