Job Description- You ensure the system operation as well as the error analysis, maintenance, and execution of system updates of the customer systems.
- You carry out common basic projects, such as release upgrades for ABAP as well as for Java, and take over the project management if necessary.
- You are responsible for the technology planning of SAP HANA as well as the HANA migration.
- You support our customers as 2nd and 3rd level support in the areas of troubleshooting and performance services.
- You support in presales activities for new customers in the area of platform services.
- Fluent English (B2).
- Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends.
- Experience in the setup and operation of SAP systems as well as upgrades, patches, and DB upgrades for both ABAP and Java systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Rise and SAP BTP
- Sound knowledge in at least 2 of the common SAP databases, such as HANA, Oracle, DB2 etc.
- Completed university studies in business informatics / computer science or comparable qualifications and/or several years of relevant professional experience.
