About the Role

A Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant is an exciting role where you will leverage your hands-on experience to implement Salesforce solutions ensuring they meet our customers’ strategic goals. Leveraging your deep functional expertise and hands-on experience, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem. This will often involve you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, participating in pre-sales activities and serving as a subject matter expert in bid engagements.

What you’ll do

  • Implement solutions for high-profile clients while fostering strong, trustworthy relationships that establish long term partnerships.
  • Conduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshops.
  • Be a strong team-player, rapidly building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders across both Client and Datacom teams.
  • Apply industry best practice to confidently configure enterprise-grade solutions, leveraging out of the box capabilities over customisations..
  • Extend your knowledge of the Salesforce as it evolves and maintain your Certs.

What you’ll bring

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role. Additionally, we’re looking for the following:

  • Over five years of experience in client-facing consulting, including running workshops and managing stakeholders.
  • Skilled in Salesforce configuration with hands-on declarative work on objects, fields, layouts, security, and Flows.
  • Experienced in building OmniScripts and working with Salesforce Industries components such as DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create user stories and functional specifications.
