Senior Salesforce Developer
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), integration, and backend development using Apex, with exposure to modern AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities being a plus.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Design and implement REST API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Build, optimize, and maintain Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, and Scheduled Jobs
Perform deployments using Change Sets and Visual Studio Code (VS Code / SFDX)
Configure and enhance Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices including bulkification, error handling, and test coverage
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of Salesforce applications
Required Skills (Must Have)
Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience in REST API integrations and external system connectivity)
Proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Batch Jobs, Scheduled Jobs)
Experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, VS Code, SFDX)
Solid experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
Additional Skills (Good to Have)
Exposure to Agentforce (Salesforce Agentic AI) and/or Agentic AI concepts/use cases
Experience working with AI-driven Salesforce features (Einstein, AI integrations, recommendation engines, etc.)
Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL optimization and query performance
Familiarity with Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred)
Requirements:
5–6 years of experience in Salesforce development
Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
