About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development, optimization, and scalability of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, integrations, and the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash lifecycle. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who can partner closely with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to build solutions that drive business impact and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Develop: Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform-native capabilities to optimize business processes and user experience.

  • Lead-to-Cash Expertise: Architect and support solutions across the full GTM lifecycle, from lead management and opportunity tracking through quoting, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals.

  • Revenue Cloud: Design, develop, and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ARM) solutions to improve operational efficiency and user adoption.

  • Integrations & Automation: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and business systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS platforms such as Workato.

  • Salesforce AI & Agentforce: Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce AI solutions, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement.

  • DevOps, Change Management & Release Management: Implement CI/CD best practices using SFDX, GitHub, VS Code, and tools such as Gearset or Copado to streamline development, change management, testing, and deployments while supporting governance and audit requirements.

  • Best Practices & Governance: Drive Salesforce architecture standards, development best practices, and platform governance while advising stakeholders on scalable solutions.

  • Security & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements including GDPR and SOX.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Technical Leadership: Establish development standards, mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and help drive Salesforce platform strategy across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

  • Strong experience with Lead-to-Cash processes, including sales automation, CPQ, billing, revenue operations, and renewals.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with GTM and business systems using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS platforms such as Workato or MuleSoft.

  • Familiarity with GTM technologies including HubSpot, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.

  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including SFDX, Git, VS Code, CI/CD, Gearset, or Copado.

  • Experience supporting Salesforce environments subject to SOX controls, including change management, release governance, and audit readiness.

  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations processes.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Ability to explain Salesforce best practices, industry standards, and the tradeoffs of deviating from standard platform functionality.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.

  • Required Salesforce certification: Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect. Candidates must hold at least one active certification.

Nice to Have
