Develop and execute executive communications strategies for Lambda’s leadership team. Responsibilities include shaping executive voices and public profiles, writing talking points, keynotes, long-form content and social posts, securing media and speaking opportunities, cultivating relationships with AI infrastructure reporters and analysts, creating repeatable communications systems, and managing agency relationships.

Own the technical health of post-sales AI cloud accounts, including architecture, GPU workload performance, POCs, SLA validation, reliability, escalations, and customer advocacy. Build dashboards, telemetry, health scoring, and early-warning tools while guiding training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads. Lead technical incidents, root-cause analyses, feature requests, and expansion recommendations. Lead Lambda’s Bengaluru technology site and serve as its founding senior technology leader. Own end-to-end Corporate IT delivery, including employee technology experience, identity, endpoints, networking, AV, support, assets, incidents, vendors, and controls. Build and manage the local team, provide matrix leadership to business systems specialists, establish service management practices, partner with global functions, and scale the site toward a broader general manager mandate.

Designs and builds billing, pricing, reporting, and financial data systems using Golang and Python. Design, implement, and operate production-scale software-defined networking systems and automation. Build SDN control-plane services, network tooling, monitoring, and highly available network services across multi-data-center and hybrid cloud environments. Participate in on-call and incident response, and deliver predictable, software-driven networking performance for multi-tenant cloud customers.

Lead and execute SOX testing and operational audits across finance and operations processes (close, revenue, procurement, treasury, payroll, inventory).
