Use customer research, instrumentation, and operational metrics to prioritize work, establish launch criteria, make cross-functional decisions, and continuously measure and improve the experience.

Lead or Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer responsible for building Lambda’s cloud console across React and TypeScript frontend, APIs, and backend services. The role owns complex customer-facing initiatives, translates cloud infrastructure into intuitive workflows, establishes scalable architecture, improves reliability and observability, partners with Product and Design, mentors engineers, and guides technical strategy across console experiences.

Lead and scale Lambda’s accounting organization, overseeing accounting operations, close processes, revenue recognition, fixed assets, leases, internal controls, SOX compliance, audits, and ERP optimization. Build a high-performing accounting team, strengthen public-company reporting practices, and advise executive leadership on complex accounting matters. The role partners cross-functionally with Legal, FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, Treasury, and Tax in a rapidly growing AI infrastructure business.

Leads Lambda’s global tax strategy, ASC 740 provision, federal, state, and international compliance, tax controversy, transactions, infrastructure expansion, and international entity launches. Advises executives, manages external advisers, builds tax controls and systems, integrates tax into financing and data center decisions, and develops a lean tax team. The role requires hands-on leadership across complex corporate tax matters, transactions, tax attributes, international structuring, and public-company readiness.

Designs physical and optical connectivity for data centers, backbone routes, points of presence, and customer interconnects. Translates capacity, latency, resilience, and customer requirements into infrastructure designs, evaluates carrier and supplier options, validates route diversity, and develops technical scopes. Guides designs through engineering approval and delivery, resolves deployment issues, and establishes reusable network standards. Requires hands-on experience with carrier, cloud, or data center connectivity and technologies such as dark fiber, wavelength services, optical transport, and internet interconnection.

Supports cloud network service delivery by submitting cross-connect orders, tracking carrier and data center installations, assisting with circuit turn-up and testing, maintaining network records, and coordinating service changes. The role also supports documentation, ticket routing, discrepancy resolution, and workflow automation while developing expertise in fiber, optics, carrier provisioning, and physical network infrastructure.

Design and build scalable Kubernetes control-plane services, operators, controllers, and cluster lifecycle automation for AI workloads. Develop GPU-aware orchestration, inference platform services, internal deployment tools, and resilient distributed systems. Collaborate on networking, storage, compute, and NVIDIA infrastructure integrations while supporting production systems through on-call rotations.

Own the strategy, roadmap, pricing, packaging, launch, and ongoing performance of Lambda’s compute products across GPU and CPU infrastructure. Partner with customers, engineering, operations, sales, and support to define compute primitives, capacity products, provisioning interfaces, placement, isolation, failure handling, and automation surfaces. Prioritize investments, write precise requirements, make infrastructure tradeoffs, measure adoption and utilization, and evolve the product for AI workloads.

Own the product strategy, roadmap, requirements, pricing, packaging, and launch execution for Lambda’s storage and networking infrastructure. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver cloud capabilities supporting AI workloads, including data movement, virtual networking, connectivity, load balancing, and tenant isolation. Engage customers, prioritize investments, define success metrics, and iterate based on adoption and workload performance. The role requires deep expertise in storage or networking, infrastructure product management experience, and understanding of distributed AI workloads.

Owns Lambda’s strategic NVIDIA technology partnership from the product side. Tracks NVIDIA hardware and software roadmaps, decides which technologies to adopt, turns adoption into customer-facing products, and manages joint engineering programs. The role defines requirements, packaging, pricing, launch criteria, success metrics, and cross-functional execution across compute, storage, networking, orchestration, and security teams. It requires deep GPU, infrastructure, cloud, and strategic partnership experience, along with strong judgment and communication skills.

Own demand and supply planning for Lambda’s data center hardware, including forecasts, capacity, build plans, inventory targets, S&OP, and supply-risk mitigation. Partner with ODMs, OEMs, sourcing, engineering, finance, logistics, and go-to-market teams to align hardware availability with deployment schedules. Build planning processes, metrics, reporting, and tools for a new function while communicating constraints, risks, scenarios, and trade-offs to leadership.

Design, implement, and operate production-scale software-defined networking systems and automation. Build SDN control-plane services, network tooling, monitoring, and highly available network services across multi-data-center and hybrid cloud environments. Participate in on-call and incident response, and deliver predictable, software-driven networking performance for multi-tenant cloud customers.

Owns the accuracy, organization, accessibility, and consistency of employee-facing content, including onboarding guides, FAQs, policies, templates, and how-tos. Responsibilities include auditing content, writing and editing materials, establishing style standards, improving information findability, fixing content processes, tracking engagement metrics, and coordinating with HR and Talent.

Lead and execute brand design projects across web, print, presentations, product, marketing, events, and social media. Develop visual identities, brand systems, motion assets, illustrations, and design processes while collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, and other stakeholders. Manage multiple projects, iterate quickly, apply quantitative and qualitative insights, and use AI tools to accelerate creative workflows and visual innovation.

Own and evolve Lambda’s cloud foundations, including AWS accounts, IAM, networking, DNS, Terraform, Atlantis, governance, compliance automation, and cost visibility. Build self-service infrastructure platforms and tooling in Go or Python, establish reliable operating practices, participate in on-call, and help define the new team’s scope and service boundaries.

Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence. Configure US and international payroll processes, integrations, tax and compliance controls, payroll accounting, accruals, and time calculations. Partner with Payroll Operations, People, Finance, and Engineering on testing, reconciliations, audits, releases, documentation, training, and troubleshooting. Own payroll readiness, controls, and continuous improvement across a rapidly growing global workforce.

Lead quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740, manage tax accounting close processes, oversee domestic and international filings, and handle tax audits and notices. Perform R&D tax credit, Section 174, Section 382, forecasting, cash tax, transfer pricing, and tax planning analyses. Collaborate across the business to improve tax systems and processes while communicating tax matters to leadership.

Design and build Lambda’s managed Kubernetes platform for large-scale AI workloads. Responsibilities include developing control-plane services, operators, controllers, cluster lifecycle automation, GPU-aware scheduling, inference platform services, internal deployment tools, observability, and resilient distributed systems. The role involves collaboration across networking, storage, compute, and security teams, production troubleshooting, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Lead the technical vision and development of Lambda’s managed Kubernetes platform for AI workloads. Design scalable, multi-tenant orchestration, GPU-aware scheduling, control planes, managed Slurm, inference services, networking, storage integrations, resilience automation, and operational tooling. Provide cross-functional infrastructure leadership, mentor engineers, guide technical roadmaps, engage customers and open-source communities, and shape AIOps capabilities.
