Improve reliability, performance, security, scalability, and operability while collaborating across infrastructure, networking, storage, security, SRE, and product teams. Build enterprise AI practitioner reach through technical content, talks, workshops, videos, conferences, podcasts, communities, and partnerships. Collaborate with machine learning and engineering teams on guides, demonstrations, and open-source examples. Gather enterprise deployment feedback and share insights with technical and go-to-market teams to shape Developer Relations priorities and product direction.

Own the multi-year networking software strategy for Lambda’s large-scale AI cloud. Set technical standards, lead architecture and delivery of distributed network services, guide enterprise customers, resolve cross-team technical challenges, and remain hands-on with complex systems. Mentor engineers, participate in hiring and design reviews, operate production services through on-call rotations, and identify improvements to network availability, performance, and customer products.

Supports treasury operations for debt, leases, derivatives, hedges, letters of credit, banking relationships, structured financing, intercompany funding, and cash forecasting. Prepares covenant compliance reports, debt forecasts, regulatory documentation, transaction reporting, and leadership materials. Coordinates with lenders, banks, hedge counterparties, counsel, and internal accounting teams while maintaining accurate recurring deliverables and counterparty records.

Manage core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR support, payroll backup, compliance, leave administration, accommodations, grievances, and HRIS data integrity. The role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, supports employee experience and company culture, maintains required labor postings, and improves HR processes and documentation.

Own mechanical design standards and cooling architectures for large-scale AI data centers. Design central plants, hydronic distribution, air-cooling, and liquid-cooling systems; perform thermal and hydraulic calculations; select and size equipment; review designs and vendor submittals; coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams; support procurement, testing, commissioning, and failure investigations. The role requires frequent cross-functional collaboration and travel to project sites, manufacturers, and partner facilities as needed.

Architects scalable compute platforms for AI/ML, simulation, and high-throughput workloads. Defines infrastructure standards, reference designs, roadmaps, and technical requirements across hardware and software. Evaluates CPU, GPU, and accelerator technologies while balancing performance, density, power, cooling, and cost. Leads platform validation and performance characterization, collaborates across product and engineering teams, and mentors systems engineers. Requires expertise in large-scale GPU/HPC or cloud platforms, interconnects, performance tuning, scheduling, orchestration, and compute lifecycle management.

Architect high-performance, low-latency networking for large-scale GPU clusters, storage systems, cloud platforms, and multi-tenant environments. Define network topologies, standards, reference designs, and scalability roadmaps; evaluate advanced InfiniBand and Ethernet technologies; optimize routing, congestion control, optical connectivity, automation, telemetry, resiliency, and fault tolerance. Partner with compute and storage architects, guide technical strategy, and mentor engineering teams.

Own mechanical controls standards and automation architectures for large-scale AI data centers. Develop sequences, control narratives, points lists, alarm matrices, and controller requirements for cooling and heat-rejection systems. Review designs, coordinate cross-functional controls requirements, support testing and commissioning, troubleshoot control issues, and improve standards using operational lessons. The role requires expertise in PLC, DDC, BMS, instrumentation, control loops, industrial communications, and mechanical cooling systems, with travel to project and partner sites as needed.

Own the architecture, design, scaling, automation, and operation of Lambda’s large-scale AI cloud network. Lead cross-functional networking projects, produce technical designs and RFCs, resolve complex production issues, integrate hardware and software, improve observability and self-healing, mentor engineers, guide technical strategy, and participate in on-call operations.

Own electrical design standards and reference architectures for low-voltage power systems supporting high-density AI data centers. Lead designs from transformer secondary through rack-level distribution, perform electrical studies, develop technical documentation, evaluate designs, coordinate with facilities and engineering teams, and support equipment selection, testing, construction, commissioning, and failure investigations. The role requires office presence in San Francisco or San Jose four days per week and travel to project sites and partner facilities as needed.

Lead medium-voltage electrical design standards and reference architectures for large-scale AI data centers. Responsibilities include utility interconnection, campus distribution, electrical studies, protection and control systems, equipment specifications, design reviews, procurement, factory testing, construction support, commissioning, failure investigations, and coordination with utilities, vendors, contractors, and operators. The role requires frequent cross-functional communication and travel to project sites and partner facilities as needed.

Own product management for Lambda’s compute, storage, and networking infrastructure. Define product strategy, roadmaps, pricing, packaging, launch criteria, and customer commitments. Integrate NVIDIA technologies and translate GPU platform generations into commercial products. Lead cross-functional planning across engineering, sales, finance, support, and operations while hiring, coaching, and developing product managers.

Leads Lambda’s Detection and Response function, building and managing a high-performing 24/7 security operations team. Responsibilities include threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, automation, security tooling, executive reporting, cross-functional incident coordination, on-call sustainability, and strategic program development. The role requires establishing a comprehensive detection and response program within six months while protecting cloud, bare-metal, customer data, and AI infrastructure.
