As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst on the Frontline Products team, you will play a critical role in how Zillow’s sales organizations operate and grow. You will partner with Sales leadership to align processes across multiple sales teams, safeguard data integrity, and build scalable analysis and reporting capabilities. You will collaborate with Sales Ops and Product & Engineering to translate sales processes into clear user stories, support testing, and maintain documentation and runbooks. You will also compile, analyze, and report on sales performance data to evaluate the impact of new capabilities after launch and to size and prioritize future opportunities.
You Will Get To:
- Partner closely with Agent Sales teams to document current-state processes, identify pain points, and turn them into clear Salesforce requirements.
- Lead discovery activities—such as stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and requirements workshops—to inform Salesforce and related system design.
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Product & Engineering in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Plan and execute structured QA/UAT for new Salesforce features and enhancements, ensuring solutions work as intended for Frontline users.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of sales processes, system logic, and runbooks to support scalable operations across multiple sales teams.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Sales Ops, and Product & Engineering to triage issues, propose feature improvements, and align operational processes across sales organizations.
- Support large-scale initiatives—such as CRM migrations, team integrations, and cross-sell or bundling efforts.
- Analyze sales performance and pipeline data, build and refine dashboards and reports, and track post-deployment KPIs, impact, and ROI to guide data-informed decisions.
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst, Salesforce Business Analyst, or similar role supporting sales organizations.
- Salesforce experience is required; Salesforce administrator experience and exposure to system integrations, workflows, and automations are preferred.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and concepts, ideally with experience supporting multiple sales teams or lines of business; prior direct sales experience is a plus.
- Skilled at synthesizing multiple viewpoints, advocating for each side, and embracing a “disagree and commit” mentality when decisions are made.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying/programming languages is preferred.

What We Do
Join our mission to give the people power to unlock life’s next chapter. Our homes are the heartbeat of our lives, and we believe that finding a home shouldn’t be so hard in today’s always-on world. That’s why we’re reimagining the traditional rules of real estate to make it easier than ever to move from one home to the next. Our journey began nearly 15 years ago with a handful of employees and one big idea: to make it radically easier for people to move. We began by helping people understand and track their homes with the Zestimate, our proprietary algorithm, and then with advanced technology and valuable connections with real estate professionals. Today, Zillow has become a household name. People are more likely to search for “Zillow” than “real estate,” and our name is often used as a verb. While other industries have ushered in a new era of convenience, the time for seamless and convenient real estate experience is now. This is our next chapter as a company. We’re looking for smart, passionate adventurers to join us as we reimagine the real estate transaction and change the way people buy, sell, rent and finance their homes.
