(BSAM), headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bridgestone Europe, Middle East and Africa (BSEMEA), headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, operate collectively as a “Bridgestone West” strategic region. An overview of the responsibilities of this position are listed below but not limited to the specific tasks outlined below.
- CRM Enhancements
- Partner with key stakeholders (channel leaders, operations partners, marketing, IT, and leadership), building and maintaining solid cross-functional relationships to shape and enhance existing CRM capabilities.
- Along with the other members of the Sales Enablement Team, act as business product owner in partnership with IT to implement and continuously improve technology solutions that drive sales effectiveness and efficiency by closely interacting with and understanding field sales workflows and opportunities.
- Create or enhance CRM functionality that helps reduce non selling time for the Sales teammates.
- Partners with sales team leaders to identify key reports, functionality, and system tasks to support the sales process and improve tracking, usage and trend identification.
- Provide reporting on Salesforce utilization of sales pipeline activities (i.e. leads, opportunities) to show account growth.
- Communicate with internal customers (sales team) to identify pain points and opportunities to streamline processes.
- CRM Maintenance
- Create and assign permission sets.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor user adoption and engagement in Salesforce.
- Configure custom report types, create reports and dashboards.
- Customize page layouts and lightning record pages to meet business needs.
- Monitor and improve data quality in Salesforce, including duplicate management, picklist administration, creating validation rules, and using tools like Alteryx, Workbench, and/or Data Loader to clean and update bad data.
- Create and maintain Flows for record-triggered updates, email notifications, and other simple automations.
- Document existing Salesforce processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Advise on best practices in Salesforce.
- Support End Users
- Develop sales enablement training materials and assist in delivering Salesforce training to internal end users.
- Assist internal Salesforce users with basic questions and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, or an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 Salesforce certifications:
- Certified Administrator, and
- Advanced Administrator OR Platform App Builder
- Preferred Salesforce certifications (not required): Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Experienced candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working in the backend to administer and / or configure a salesforce.com instance or similar CRM technology platform (Veeva, Pitcher, SAP etc.).
- Experience working with data analytics and visualization software such as Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, SAS, Alteryx, or other sales excellence analytics and reporting systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a bias towards external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on small teams and demonstrate a high level of teamwork and flexibility
- Strong project and time-management management skills with a consistent track record in coordinating multiple projects across various cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle change well and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and senior management
- Well-developed communication skills and comfort around senior leaders
- Ability to work with remote teams effectively.
- Ability to structure and work on exploratory problems
