We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Admin to join our passionate team and be part of shaping the future of customer experience in the high-end luxury space. This is a contract-to-hire role. You will begin as a contractor with the expectation of becoming a full-time employee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- This role is client-facing - ability to troubleshoot client issues and provide reasonable estimation and time to resolution responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify needs, gather requirements, and implement changes within Salesforce.
- Maintain data hygiene by regularly conducting data audits and implementing best practices for data management.
- Develop and manage custom dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to team members.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with integrating Salesforce with other applications, optimizing workflows and data flows.
- Data transformation and migration for our clients.
- Train team members on Salesforce features and best practices, as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Salesforce Administration Certification or comparable SuperBadge.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and other related automations for business processes.
- Proficiency in data management and familiar with integrations and third-party applications.
- Experience with customizing dashboards, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
- Experience writing software and customer implementation documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with App Exchange and Salesforce partner programs is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Git is a bonus.
