As a Senior Sales Transformation Consultant, you will be reporting to our VP of Business Consultancy Services.
Role Overview:
We are seeking highly experienced and dynamic consultants to architect, orchestrate, and implement complex multi-year strategic business transformations. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across businesses with a specificity in sales and service driven industries. This role offers a hybrid work mode. Depending on the project scope, being onsite at the client might be a part of the role.
Job Description
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of operating model transformation programmes.
- Oversee front and mid-office transformation design, including operating model development.
- Manage business transformation focusing on business operation models, sales and service optimization, and operational excellence.
- Direct operating model transformations, covering front, middle, and back-office functions.
- Conduct business operation assessments, identifying improvement areas and prioritizing initiatives.
- Drive accelerated transformation programs to achieve cost reduction and implement new ways of working.
- Develop strategic missions, target pictures, and roadmaps for transformation journeys
- Execute value-oriented redesigns and reorganizations to optimize businesses
- Advise C-level management and set up and run effective change management measures and programs.
- Take the lead in adjusting plans to changing business contexts. Find pragmatic and effective solutions to business realities.
Qualifications
- A degree in business or a comparable field of study. A higher degree, Ph.D. or MBA, is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of strategic consulting experience in professional services, industry, or renowned consultancies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially at C-level.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs.
- High level of expertise in operating model design, end-to-end process improvements, and operational excellence.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic roadmaps and transformation narratives.
- Collaborative team spirit and a continuous learning mindset.
- Experience in key account management is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with high proficiency in German and/or French.
