Sr. Sales Support Specialist is part of the Sales Support team that works with sales team members across different market units and global locations. This person shall ensure that the research or content related requests are of superior quality and delivered to the requestors within the agreed timelines. The role also requires deep understanding of data, finding patterns and trends, and creating reports and visualizations to help make smart decisions.

Key Responsibilities: (specific key duties/responsibilities of position)

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on targeted companies, regions, and industries to support the sales team in evaluating potential revenue and sales opportunities.
  • Explore trends, issues, and concepts in HR, Organizational Behaviour, and Organizational Culture to effectively address complex research inquiries, providing synthesized, actionable insights to the sales team and tailoring content/solutions to meet client needs
  • Structure research findings and present insights in accordance with our standard templates.
  • Develop proficiency in Corporate Learning content management systems and technology platforms to curate and content effectively.
  • Map content based on competencies received from clients
  • Supervise and mentor a team of research analysts to deliver high-quality research and analysis services to the sales team.
  • Analyse data and generate reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
  • Utilize both primary and secondary research methods across the industry to gather data and insights for client projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain trust with the sales team by consistently delivering projects on schedule and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrate expertise in PowerPoint to efficiently create and design diagrams and format client proposals.

Requirements: (education, experience, communication/organization skills, work environment, etc.)

  • Strong research, analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience in working with senior business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong and effective communicator who is able to share information in a clear and concise way
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support international locations
  • Inclusive team player, comfortable working across cultures in a virtual environment with colleagues located around the globe
  • Successful collaborator and stakeholder manager who acts with integrity, honours commitments and strives for excellence
  • Possess the ability to collect, organize, evaluate, and communicate large volumes of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and analytics
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing teams
  • Post graduate degree. Specialization in psychology shall be a plus
  • Advanced excel skills (pivot tables, lookups etc) to assemble multiple data reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization using Tableau will be an advantage.
