Job Description
The role is responsible for the Operational Support of FSE lead programs and may involve in the day-to-day review/analysis of issues/gaps and any breakdown in the process or any addition of ID/PL required to support the program. The scope may also include the analysis and evaluation of user business problems in partnership with the Sales Organization for the development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem statement, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of system changes or processes. The tools involved could include SAP CRM, SFDC and other Sales related tools and work on optimization of the supported tools and processes.
May participate in projects to upgrade business applications or other Sales tools.
May serve as business liaison to IT and work with business to interpret business requirements, identifies issues and work with relevant teams to resolve the issue.
The role may need to ensure effective communication across teams or functions and keep management informed of process, key issues or changes that may impact business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing sales business processes for effective and efficient utilization of CRM and other tools
- Engaging with sales management to guide continuous sales channel improvement utilizing existing and new business tools
- Partnering with the Business Analytics leads to provide accurate and timely reporting
- Managing CRM maintenance activities including territory and organizational setup, user setup.
- Provide new user onboarding training/ refresher training
- Support complex issues for CRM, Reporting, Quoting questions and other related Sales tools.
- Representing on WW projects to ensure that project deliverables meet AFO business requirements
- Partnering with other team members, IT, and global operations to drive CRM process continuity across business channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master Degree plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with Agilent sales tools including SAP CRM, SAP ECC, Quart and Quoting Tools
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Spotfire
- Ability to utilize Excel or Access to generate custom analytics
- Ability to collaborate equally effectively throughout all hierarchical levels.
- Ability to work independently to plan, prioritize workload, and solve a broad range of system and/or work flow problems of varying scope and complexity
- May participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions or as business liaison to IT.
- Ensures effective communication across teams/functions. Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business. Requires people and resource management through others, and may include leading third party resources.
- Excellent in English Communication
Qualifications

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
