About the Role
As a key player in our Sales team, you'll spearhead the MSME Sales Strategy, focusing on delivering innovative Value Added Services to SME merchants in Indonesia. In the first six months, you'll tackle the challenge of understanding diverse merchant needs and translating them into actionable sales strategies. Your efforts will directly impact our growth trajectory, as you build relationships, drive sales-assisted initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our offerings and enhance the value we provide to SMEs.
What You Will Do
- Analyze performance of the sales team in depth and suggest areas to improve performance and productivity, lead Go to market projects, identify root causes of issues & execute initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Own the productivity of our sales executives as a core metric and work to create and run programs driving sales team motivation and performance through various R&R efforts.
- Build and publish recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering lead conversion, pipeline health, retention, and productivity along with maintaining and continuously improving the sales performance database, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Use SQL and BI tools to extract and analyze large datasets, generating insights that guide scheme design and target deployment.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer behavior, market opportunities, and sales funnel performance.
- Contribute to change management and go-to-market initiatives, providing root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Support strategic planning cycles (target setting, initiative design, roadmap creation) and deliver ad-hoc analytics to the leadership/ management team.
What You Will Need
- Strong SQL skills with experience in querying, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
- Solid problem-solving skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Clear and structured communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate with diverse sales teams and cross-functional partners along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as both a self-starter and a team player.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively managing competing priorities.
- Familiarity with strategic thinking, market analysis, or sales strategy preferred along with strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
