The Role
Job Description
  • Develop network plans for innovation and renovation projects (launches, relaunch, promotions, etc.)
  • Coordinate innovation processes across Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, and S&OP to ensure timely project delivery
  • Lead weekly NPD meetings with relevant stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing and S&OP)
  • Lead weekly trial meetings with R&D, FSQ, Manufacturing and Operations Director
  • Minimize supply chain losses due to innovation
  • Create weekly NPD progress report

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering
  • 8+ years' experience in supply chain management in FMCG companies
  • Deep understanding of supply chain principles, innovation planning, organization structure & key metrics
  • Skilled in problem solving, working under tight deadline, and managing multiples task
  • Ability to lead multi stakeholders with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and able to distill complex situations to a clear recommendations & action plans
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Knowledge of the ERP systems like BPCS, SAP, etc
