At Webfleet, we are looking for a Senior Sales Representative (Hunter) based outside of NSW and QLD. In this role, you will be part of the international sales team in Australia and will be responsible to prospect, develop and close sales of telematics solutions to large, medium and small companies in your region/s; through direct sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, and referrals.

    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

    • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with potential clients.

  • Sales Execution:

    • Close deals with mid-size and enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with Webfleet’s value proposition.

    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in Salesforce.

  • Customer Engagement:

    • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with Operations and Customer Success teams.

    • Build long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and upsell opportunities.

  • Collaboration & Strategy:

    • Work closely with Marketing to support lead generation and campaign execution.

    • Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategy.

    • Participate in industry events and represent Webfleet in commercial forums.

Success Indicators

  • Number of new clients acquired.

  • Revenue generated from direct sales.

  • Sales cycle efficiency and conversion rate.

  • Customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

Who are you?

There is no set route to become a Senior Sales Representative at Webfleet Solutions. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
 

  • Over 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in vehicle telematics or fleet SaaS environments.

  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new clients.

  • Proven results to effectively manage solution sales cycles;

  • Ability to work remotely with independence and responsibility;

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

  • MS Office and CRM expertise, valuable Salesforce;

  • Understanding of fleet management, mobility, or telematics solutions.

  • Fluent in English.

  • You are already living in Australia with permit to work.
