PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals, within an expense budget.
- Leverage other sales channels to maximize sales and customer service franchise objectives.
- Develop and support sales processes to improve productivity and ensure that goals are met.
- Analyze the characteristics and trends of the local market and help define customer needs for new or modified products and services.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- High comfort with both outbound and inbound sales activity, combining account strategy with attention to detail.
- Strong communications skills including writing, listening and questioning.
- Sales ability / persuasiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly, build and maintain relationships.
- Capability to absorb and articulate technical information.
- Highly motivated and goal oriented.
- Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment.
- Effective time management skills to ensure desired business outcomes
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook).
