Core Mission

Achieve sales objectives in accordance with company policies under the supervision of district sales manager:

  • Listing and promote usage of Epiduo in target hospital dermatology department
  • Raise awareness and recommendation of CTMP® in acne treatment

Requirement

Education/Training:

  • Bachelor degree and above

本科及以上学历

  • Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological and related background is preferred

医学/药学/生物学等相关专业尤佳

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in sales of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry.

至少2的医药或医疗器械行业销售工作经验

  • Preferred experience of public hospital listing and market development OR sales in Dermatology

既往有公立医院准入和市场开发的经验,或者具有皮肤科销售经验优先

  • Preferred experience of biologics/high value product sales in public hospital

  • Good learning agility for professional knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Responsible for the sales target in the assigned territory, achieve the greatest degree of sales growth and market share increase

  • Collect and analyze target hospital potential and competitors’ intelligence, where necessary, seek new data sources to identify opportunities for corrective action and growth

  • Maintain ongoing communication, influencing and collaboration with key stakeholders to improve sales execution strategy and tactics

  • Set customer performance targets, select 4P / 3Ds opportunities, and to deliver effective execution of key account plans

  • Works with management, other BUs sales team, marketing, medical and commercial team to keep strategy and implementation aligned across functions
