Your Role:

As Senior Sales Representative, you will manage sales operations and territory development for the ruminant and swine businesses across Castilla y León and the Cantabrian Coast. In this role, you will build value-added partnerships with veterinarians, producers, integrators and distributors, using your technical knowledge of animal health and nutrition to deliver customer value and achieve sales and market share growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives and drive demand generation across the assigned territory by developing and executing customer plans for targeted accounts.

  • Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers in the ruminant and swine sectors and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions.

  • Deliver product presentations, technical seminars and value-added projects that support customer efficiency and profitability.

  • Coordinate commercial and technical initiatives with Marketing, Technical Services and external partners to support an integrated market approach.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing accurate feedback and reports to management.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, Animal Science or a related life science field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in the animal health or agriculture industry, including field-based sales or technical experience with ruminants and/or swine.

  • Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Strong technical knowledge of animal health and production, with the ability to apply scientific information in a commercial context.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce.

  • Experience developing customer plans for key accounts.

  • Experience working with veterinarians, producers, integrators or distributors in the ruminant or swine sectors.

  • Recognised leadership within the animal health or agriculture industry.
