What You Will Do

  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the orthopedic and trauma portfolio in the designated territory.
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new surgeon customers to expand product adoption and territory coverage.
  • Conduct regular visits with surgeons and healthcare professionals to promote products and support procedural utilization.
  • Generate and follow up on surgical opportunities to help ensure timely case support and territory growth.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific plans for key accounts in alignment with territory objectives.

  • Serve as a product resource for customers by providing accurate product information and responding to inquiries.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in orthopedic and trauma medical device sales.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience managing customer relationships within hospitals, clinics, or surgical environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams.
  • Experience managing a geographic sales territory and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of orthopedic and trauma product portfolios.
  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

Travel Percentage: 20%
