With over 22,000 employees worldwide, we play a critical role in enabling businesses to adopt secure, scalable, and innovative IT solutions.

This role sits at the heart of our Red Hat practice and offers the opportunity to work closely with customers in a highly visible, solution-oriented position.

Build trusted partnerships. Grow meaningful business. Shape the future of technology solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Representative – Dell Solutions you will be part of our Advanced Solutions business unit and take responsibility for developing selected partners within the Dell ecosystem.

You will combine commercial ownership with relationship-building, business planning, and partner enablement. Rather than focusing only on short-term sales targets, this role is about creating sustainable growth through trust, collaboration, and a strong understanding of partner and customer needs.

You will work closely with:

  • Assigned partners across Sweden

  • Dell stakeholders

  • Business Development Managers

  • Solution Architects

  • Marketing colleagues

  • Internal sales and commercial teams

Together, you will identify opportunities, create go-to-market plans, support bids and proposals, and help partners succeed with Dell solutions.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with assigned partners.

  • Support partners with business planning, sales development, and growth initiatives.

  • Work with Dell and internal teams to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on marketing plans, campaigns, and partner activities.

  • Coordinate with Solution Architects to develop relevant and customer-focused solution proposals.

  • Support quote creation, bid management, and commercial discussions.

  • Help partners understand how Dell solutions can support their customers’ business challenges.

  • Participate in partner training, enablement sessions, events, and marketing activities.

  • Recruit and develop new partners when relevant.

  • Monitor market trends, partner performance, and profitability.

  • Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a supportive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

We know that great candidates bring different strengths, backgrounds, and career journeys. You may be a strong fit even if your experience does not match every point below.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, partner sales, account management, or solution-oriented sales.

  • Experience from the IT, technology, infrastructure, hardware, software, or services industry.

  • Experience working with Dell or similar vendors such as HP, Lenovo, Cisco, HPE, Microsoft, VMware, or comparable technology brands.

  • Understanding of channel sales, partner ecosystems, or indirect sales models.

  • Confidence in building relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Compass, or similar systems.

  • Experience supporting or contributing to marketing campaigns, partner events, or sales activities.

  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.

  • A structured, collaborative, and proactive way of working.

Experience in people management is helpful but not required. We also value experience mentoring others, sharing knowledge, leading projects, or helping colleagues succeed.

Skills and Strengths That Matter in This Role

To succeed in this role, you do not need to be the loudest voice in the room. We value people who are thoughtful, commercially curious, and able to build trust over time.

We believe the following strengths are especially important:

  • Relationship-building and active listening

  • Business planning and commercial understanding

  • Collaboration across teams and functions

  • Clear and confident communication

  • Ability to understand partner and customer needs

  • Structured follow-up and ownership

  • Curiosity about technology and market trends

  • A supportive approach to colleagues and partners

  • Long-term thinking and sustainable growth mindset

What We Offer

We want you to succeed both professionally and personally. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, international technology environment.

We offer:

  • A senior and visible role within the Dell ecosystem.

  • The opportunity to influence partner growth across the Swedish market.

  • Close collaboration with leading technology vendors, partners, and enterprise customers.

  • A hybrid working model with flexibility.

  • Competitive compensation package.

  • Professional development and learning opportunities.

  • Access to vendor knowledge, training, and internal expertise.

  • A collaborative team culture where knowledge sharing is encouraged.

  • A workplace that values diverse perspectives and inclusive leadership.

  • Opportunities to mentor, influence, and contribute beyond your own sales portfolio.
