WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Senior Sales Rep Team Partnerships Benelux collaborates with the Geo Sport & Country leadership, commercial Team Partnership leadership, cross-functional teammates, and country teams. This role oversees the Nike Team partnership business in the Benelux region. In this role you will manage partner and club relationships, drive the commercial Team partnership strategy, and work closely with merchandising and planning to ensure marketplace readiness and growth for our Team Partnership Football business.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will execute the commercial strategy for Football Team Sales, driving seasonal and annual growth. You’ll lead planning, partner management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve financial targets and marketplace readiness.
Your responsibilities:
Represent partner and marketplace perspectives on the Territory Sport leadership team
Lead seasonal sport commercial strategies for Team Sales, identifying must-win partners
Collaborate with the EMEA Team Partnership leadership and cross-functional teams to implement EMEA Team Sales Strategy
Influence product development to align with commercial strategy and financial objectives
Drive end-to-end execution with Benelux wholesale partners and clubs to support goals
Manage inventory health and franchise management with country teams
Share best practices and ensure sport vision execution across regions
Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand partner relationships
