As a member of the GTM Revenue Operations Team , your role will be highly visible within the company ,with regular leadership team exposure and collaboration; you will partner with EMEA Sales Leadership Team , providing proactive and operational advice to accelerate the business. Your responsibilities include development and execution of key processes such as business planning and reviews, forecasting , target setting, gap analysis and course corrections across cross-functional teams while driving global leverage by deploying EMEA best practices across the region.
- Support Sales management with the annual planning process, including territory planning, segmentation, goal setting , forecast and pipeline management;
- Drive discussions with key stakeholders as well as cross-functional teams to help the business run smoothly and effectively;
- Support Sales management in adopting a common set of policies and performance measures to achieve business priorities;
- Develop and present insights and recommendations to Sales Management and/or Sales Operations management to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across Revenue Operations Teams;
- Enable Sales Management to adopt and execute company strategy in an effective, scalable and integrated manner;
- Work across a wide group of stakeholders to ensure timely , high quality and consistent completion of business management activities ;
- Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with cross-functional teams ;
- Serve as a strong advocate of the new/enhanced processes or solutions; become a trustful partner who supports Sales management on internal processes navigation and best practices;
- Compile information from various sources and functions into insights that lead to solutions recommendation;
- Produce regular and ad hoc business analytics for Sales Management / Sales Operations Management to ensure overall sales health;
- Become well versed and knowledgeable with all sales related tools and processes;

Required Skills:
- Analytically minded individual with demonstrated excellence (professional or academic) presenting qualitative and quantitative analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to effectively deal with and work through ambiguity.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
- Bring curiosity, take risks, be willing to embrace change and have fun while working;
Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant experience for the role
- Experience using Salesforce.com for sales reporting and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
