Some of your responsibilities would be:

  • Manage existing clients portfolio for ERP, BI & CRM solutions;
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by spending time close to them, understanding their needs and identifying business opportunities;
  • Achieve revenue growth by overseeing the complete sales-implementation cycle for the allocated accounts;
  • Coach, advise and work closely with the implementation, product, postimplementation & support teams;
  • Maintain an excellent level of knowledge within the allocated industries – functional processes and best practices.

With a minimum of 5 years of experience, an ideal Account Manager specializing in ERP solutions, BI, and CRM should possess the following skills:

  • Proven track record in sales and negotiations within the ERP, BI, or CRM industry.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Expertise in negotiating and closing complex commercial deals related to ERP, BI, or CRM implementations.
  • In-depth technical understanding of ERP, BI, and CRM technologies.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborative team player, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices in ERP, BI, and CRM adoption.
