The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously enhancing analytical frameworks that support decision-making across market segmentation, predictive modeling, account prioritization, territory planning, and quota setting. This role partners closely with Commercial, Finance, and other functional areas to identify growth opportunities, improve performance insights, and optimize the execution of the company’s sales strategy. As part of a lean, high-impact team, the Senior Analyst operates at both a strategic and tactical level, translating complex data into actionable insights, driving process improvements, and supporting key initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:


• Participates in training and mentoring for new Sales Analytics Individual Contributors.

• Leads team on reporting design projects.

• Provides senior expertise with regards to the most complicated and complex reporting design needs and capabilities.

• Maintains a detailed understanding of SFDC and the various data source systems in which they interact.

• Runs reports as requested for each of the sectors.

• Supports General Managers for each sector providing weekly reports/data.

• Reacts to requests for information and extract reports.

• Works with analytic team and generates more complex reports & dashboards.

• Understands and comprehends the business organization and operations.

• Able to build more complex reports upon request.

• Manages/has rights to assign permission and accesses to various data and reports.

• Generates monthly revenue and sales reporting for corporate level review and alignment with finance.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related fields
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales operations or analytics or finance
  • Experience supporting organizations with long, complex sales cycles (6+ months) is preferred
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience with Salesforce and other business/sales analytics tools is a plus
  • Experience with Essbase and JDE financial reporting is a plus
