Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily sales activities and sales reporting, as may be required by management.
- Getting the sale by presenting, promoting, and selling products / services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Product demonstration, and onboarding shippers onto our product.
- Build and establish a strong relationship, and develop a rapport with the client by providing support and acting as the link between the client and Ninja Van.
- Have a good grasp and knowledge of the local market and competition to react swiftly to changing market conditions.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Report customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to Management
- Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports for consideration and presentation as requested by supervisors.
- Acts as account manager to all ND shippers assigned to him / her
- Ensures regular order cycles from onboarded ND shippers
- Addresses all after-sales concerns of onboarded ND shippers
- Coordinates with other departments (Operations and Finance) to address shipper concerns
Key Requirements
- 1 year of related experience; background from logistic company is a plus
- Proficient by using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Power Point
- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant
- Proactive, creative, aggressive
- Good personality & humble
- Self-starter with good initiative, and persistence to see us through this challenge
