Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily sales activities and sales reporting, as may be required by management.
  • Getting the sale by presenting, promoting, and selling products / services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Product demonstration, and onboarding shippers onto our product.
  • Build and establish a strong relationship, and develop a rapport with the client by providing support and acting as the link between the client and Ninja Van.
  • Have a good grasp and knowledge of the local market and competition to react swiftly to changing market conditions.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Report customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to Management
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports for consideration and presentation as requested by supervisors.
  • Acts as account manager to all ND shippers assigned to him / her
  • Ensures regular order cycles from onboarded ND shippers
  • Addresses all after-sales concerns of onboarded ND shippers
  • Coordinates with other departments (Operations and Finance) to address shipper concerns

Key Requirements

  • 1 year of related experience; background from logistic company is a plus
  • Proficient by using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Power Point
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant
  • Proactive, creative, aggressive
  • Good personality & humble
  • Self-starter with good initiative, and persistence to see us through this challenge
