WHAT YOU NEED & THE HATS YOU WILL WEAR

 

An enticing opportunity awaits for a Senior Sales professional to join our dynamic sales team.

You'll be donning multiple hats to drive revenue and meet quotas in our commercial segment, specifically focusing on financial services. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new logos, developing an annual account plan, generating and managing a pipeline, closing sales deals, and cultivating relationships with key executives at both prospects and clients.


WHERE WE SEE THIS ROLE GOING

  • You will be taking ownership of the account plan, encompassing revenue strategy, relationship mapping, and orchestrating sales closure for Genesis' product portfolio
  • Achieving quota targets across enterprise accounts by acquiring new logos
  • You will be directing the entire sales process from inception to completion
  • You will need to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at the C-suite, Managing Director, and business line levels to drive purchasing decisions
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including sales engineering, sales enablement/operations, sales development, and strategic partners to deliver optimal sales experiences to clients

  • Knowledge Seeker: Proven track record of driving revenue and achieving quota, with experience in Capital Markets or Financial Services Consulting.
  • Fearless Leadership: Demonstrated consultative sales experience, collaborative leadership style, and ability to work cross-functionally to drive the sales process forward.
  • Collaborative Influencer: Comfortable working in a hyper-growth stage company with evolving product and sales processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical individuals and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and external clients.
  • Fearless Technical Proficiency: Sales experience in the financial services sector, with deep expertise in banking, asset management, wealth management, or financial markets infrastructure considered advantageous. Experience applying sales strategies and methodologies to close complex, enterprise-level deals.
