(Senior) Sales Executive for Vitafoods Asia Exhibition

Job Description

The role

We are looking for a sales professional to drive Vitafoods Asia Exhibition's growth as a premier event for the nutraceutical, functional food, and dietary supplement industries which covers the entire supply chain, from ingredients and raw materials to branded finished products and services. You'll develop strategic relationships with global and regional industry leaders and innovators.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake sales and marketing activities to achieve pre-set targets.
• Maintain existing customer revenue and identify new potential customers in related industries.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into accounts.
• Report weekly on inquiries, lapsed and lost customers, and new targets to the sales leader.
• Accurately input sales pipeline data and manage sales contract information in Salesforce (CRM system).
• Support Finance in following up on payments and resolving bad debt customers.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Periodically review and update job responsibilities with the leader.

Qualifications

• University bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ high-energy sales experience in and managing multiple customers, with skills in cross-selling and up-selling and a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Experience in relevant industry sectors or brands is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective negotiation skills and proactive customer handling.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality, enthusiasm, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
