Senior Sales Executive, S&A

JOB DESCRIPTION
【業務内容】
・様々なリード創出活動（展示会、ダイレクトメール、広告、コールドコール、業界のキーパーソンやリファラル（紹介）プログラムなど、）を通じて見込み顧客の発掘や探求を行う。
・見込み顧客と対面し、購買決裁者や意思決定プロセスにおける条件、ニーズを把握する。
・潜在的な新規顧客の開拓及び、当社サービスの顧客拡大をサポートする。
・有力な潜在顧客との商談やプレゼンテーションを担当する。
・成約するまでのプロセスを担当する。（価値提案、クレーム対応、見積もり作成など）
・顧客満足度の向上、取引先の拡大、顧客ロイヤリティの維持に努める。
・CRMソフトウェアを用い、営業活動や各案件の進捗状況をタイムリーに管理する。
RESPONSIBILITIES
・大卒または同等の学歴をお持ちの方
・B2B営業経験（ソフトウェア、コンサルティング、デジタル、技術ソリューションなど）がある方
・技術的/ビジネス的な基礎スキル（アカウントプランニング、営業戦略立案、営業トラッキング、ポートフォリオセールス / 分析など、）をお持ちの方
・上層部の経営陣や顧客に対してプレゼンテーションを行い、周囲の協力を得ることができる方。
・日本語/英語でコミュニケーションできる方
・出張するのに支障がない方
