Senior Sales Executive – Mexico City (Hybrid)

We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our growing LATAM Sales team, based in Mexico City (hybrid model). You will be part of a global, ambitious software company focused on expanding new business and driving software license sales across the region.
You are curious about data and its impact on businessAs part of our Sales team, you will help develop and deliver a value-driven, solution-oriented customer experience. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders at Stibo Systems as well as with customers and partners across Mexico and broader LATAM.Your key responsibilities- Drive new business through value-based, solution-centric selling, securing new logo enterprise deals
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing complex software license agreements
- Build and develop a strong pipeline, progressing opportunities into successful wins
- Lead RFI/RFP processes and deliver compelling, tailored proposals
- Position Stibo Systems as the leading multi-domain MDM solution provider
- Collaborate with partners to accelerate deal execution and market expansion
- Engage with C-level stakeholders across industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, CPG, and Life Sciences
You will be part of an international and collaborative team of sales professionals passionate about technology and digital transformation. Our LATAM presence is growing rapidly, offering strong exposure and impact in a high-potential market.
Your profile – Are you the one?- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B software sales (SaaS)
- Proven track record of closing new logo deals and consistently exceeding targets
- Strong experience in solution selling within industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, CPG, Distribution, or Life Sciences
- Experience working with partners and channel ecosystems
- Ability to confidently engage and influence C-level executives
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, combined with analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Spanish & English required)
- Self-starter with a proactive, resilient, and hands-on mindset
- Experience with Salesforce, Clari, or similar CRM tools
- Hybrid work model based in Mexico City
