Job Overview:
As Senior Sales Execution Manager, you will lead the execution strategy across all channels in the Southeast region of Mexico, driving P&G’s in-store superiority and strengthening the company’s presence across more than 1,000 stores. This role combines field leadership, commercial planning, stakeholder management, and team development. You will manage a team of nine Business Territory Associates and one additional team member, serving as a key link between Commercial and Category teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of nine Business Territory Associates and one additional team member, establishing clear objectives and supporting strong performance.
- Direct in-store execution across all channels in the Southeast region, ensuring consistent implementation of commercial strategies and standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through negotiation, influence, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Identify business opportunities during field visits and translate market insights into actionable business plans.
- Monitor execution results and commercial performance
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and use sound judgment to prioritize resources across the region.
Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and business planning.
- Power BI proficiency for performance tracking, visualization, and insight generation.
- Experience developing commercial or business plans based on market and field insights.
- Knowledge of retail execution practices and the management of multi-channel operations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven people leadership experience, preferably managing large or geographically dispersed teams.
- Negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external business partners.
- Fast learning and adaptability in a dynamic commercial environment.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and decision-making abilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of major retail chains in the Southeast region.
- Previous experience in field-based commercial, sales, or retail execution roles.
