What you will do

This person will join the CONTROLS sales team in Hong Kong. She/he will help to develop new business opportunities, achieve yearly sales target, and build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads to meet and exceed customer requirements as well as to and attain or exceed company growth objectives.

How you will do it

  • Explore and develop new customer base with such Facilities Management, Property Developer,
  • Grow Building Solution business, meet and exceed sales plan
  • Provide professional best fit Enterprise Solutions to our client to facilitate environmental friendly systems
  • Maintain a partnership relationship with customers for the best service and solution.
  • Participate in sales team for pre-sales activities and design energy saving solution
  • Coordinate and monitor the project progress with different department and contractors

What we look for

Required

  • Degree holder or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • With minimum 6 years sales experience with a good proven track record in selling Enterprise Solutions
  • Solid experience in managing and promote Enterprise Solutions such as BMS, Surveillance system, Access Control , IOT , Digitalization
  • Excellent negotiation and sales planning technique
  • Good in project planning, communication and leadership skills and able to meet tight deadline
  • Positive, passionate and supportive attitude
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent writing skill and submit report or document timely
  • Able to handle and solve problems independently.
  • Highly adaptable and result driven
  • Highly commercial and entrepreneurial
  • Self motivated with strong initiative to meet and exceed sales plan
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Engineer

Preferred

  • Experience in building solution / Cloud service solution related industry would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and positive 
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation skills in public
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
