Our relationship with our customers is important to us, and you can make your own mark in this context. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you create an important contribution along the entire sales success of one of our key accounts.
Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Sales Engineers during the project pre-contract phase to identify and analyze customer needs, translating them into a successful sales concept, and ensuring a successful project sale

Take responsibility for providing solutions to complex technical and business issues, particularly through data and process analyses, and concept development during the offer phase, while also consulting with the client to find the best solution for their requirements

Lead and coordinate the development of concepts and quotations within the team, ensuring the creation of a competitive and high-quality quotation

Convert Material Flow Diagrams into layouts in cooperation with a Sales Layout Engineer and translation of layouts into detailed pricing specifications

Manage pricing specifications for multiple projects and set up technical specifications for procurement items

Participate in the handover phase to operations and the project implementation phase on-site, ensuring smooth transition and implementation

Prepare quotations and compliance lists while being an expert related to Key Account-specific requirements
What do we ask from you?
-
Completed a degree in mechanical engineering,
logistics or a comparable field of study -
Minimum 5 years of experience with complex sales processes, ideally within the automated material handling industry

Strong analytical skills, you can create concept solutions based on your analysis and understanding of our customers' logistic processes.

Well-developed influencing skills, both internal and external;

Strong communicational skills, you have a creative and efficient approach to building professional client relationships

Experience in working within an international professional environment, preferably a project-driven organization
-
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, as well as willingness to travel up to 30%.
