The Role

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is HYBRID, on-site 3 days a week at Vancouver, WA, Northbrook, IL, Chicago, IL, or Austin, TX.
The Sr. Sales Enablement Specialist works independently to implement strategies, tools, and resources that empower our sales professionals to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct a sales enablement-focused onboarding training curriculum and ongoing education initiatives through a blend of classroom, virtual, recorded, and onsite instruction.
  • Help develop, maintain, and deliver learning solutions that build and enhance the skills, knowledge, and abilities of the sales force.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Create and administer instructional materials and content including job aides, worksheets, presentations, retention tools, and evaluation criteria that ensures knowledge transfer and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify key performance metrics and work with Data Analytics teams to create dashboards and reports that provide insights into the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and programs and responsible for implementing actions plans for identified KPIs.
  • Partners with Sales Enablement leadership in planning and monitoring and reporting for sales plays.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, Commercial Operations Sales Enablement team and sales leadership, to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Provide program readiness and project support as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum 3+ years experience in sales enablement; however, other experience within sales, marketing, or project management will be considered
  • Proficient in designing, managing, and rolling out highly effective sales enablement projects on time
  • Demonstrated ability to improve sales team productivity and success effectiveness
  • Strong organizational, written/verbal communication, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with tools, technologies and best practices used in sales enablement
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and skills to enhance work quality

  • Total Rewards: The salary range for this position is $70,000-$104,000 of the salary range and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position.


All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. The target for this position is 10% of the base salary offered. Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level.
We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
